Ottant American Bullies – American Bully Puppies

At Ottant American Bullies, we are committed to producing healthy, well-socialized American Bully puppies. Every puppy sold is guaranteed to be in good general health at the time of purchase and will be up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming as of the sale date.

✅ Pre-Sale Veterinary Clearance

  • All puppies are examined by a licensed veterinarian before going to their new homes.

  • If the puppy is being shipped, it will be accompanied by a Health Certificate signed by our veterinarian.

🕒 Buyer’s Responsibility: 48-Hour Vet Check

  • Buyers have 48 hours from the time of receiving their puppy to have them examined by a veterinarian of their choice.

  • If, within this period, the veterinarian finds the puppy to be in poor health or unfit for sale, the buyer must notify us immediately.

  • Upon return of the puppy with a vet’s signed diagnosis, the buyer may choose:
    ✅ A full refund of the purchase price
    ✅ A replacement puppy of equal value (based on availability)

Note: The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the puppy, including transport or shipping.

📋 Terms & Conditions

  • All puppies are sold as companions only — no guarantees are made regarding show or breeding potential.

  • The buyer must maintain routine veterinary care, including wellness exams, vaccinations, and deworming, for the health guarantee to remain valid.

  • This guarantee does not cover treatable or non-life-threatening conditions such as:

    • Cherry eye

    • Entropion

    • Inverted tail

    • Skin allergies

    • Stenotic nares or minor respiratory concerns

🔒 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee

  • If the puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening congenital defect within one year of its birthday, the buyer must:

    1. Submit a written diagnosis signed by a licensed veterinarian

    2. Fax or email it to Ottant American Bullies

  • If the puppy dies due to such a defect, an autopsy report confirming the cause of death must be submitted.

  • If the diagnosis is verified, we will offer:
    ✅ A replacement puppy of the same breed and value
    ✅ Or another resolution based on mutual agreement

Replacement puppies will be covered under the same guarantee as the original.

📌 Additional Terms

  • All veterinary expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • Any disputes related to the puppy’s health will be evaluated by our veterinary team, whose assessment will serve as the final determination.

  • This guarantee applies only to the original buyer and is non-transferable. It becomes void if:

    • The puppy is resold, rehomed, or transferred

    • The puppy is no longer in the direct care of the original buyer

    • Written approval has not been obtained from Ottant American Bullies before such transfer
